Family Health Center:
Family Health Center is a community-based model of healthcare delivering a comprehensive array of healthcare services to low income individuals/families that are without health insurance.

LESINT thrive to assist in the establishment of primary healthcare centers in rural/urban areas; prevention efforts in the fight against HIV/AIDS, STDs and infectious diseases; and to strengthen community awareness about health related issues through education and health promotion programs.

Operation KNOW & LIVE:
Operation KNOW & LIVE is an outreach program designed to spread awareness about HIV/AIDS in the community. We encourage the community to know their HIV status by offering them free anonymous/confidential HIV counseling and testing. We also offer free educational programs on HIV prevention. If a test comes back positive, we help to place the affected individual into care.

AIDS Clinic:
These are mobile clinics set up for people living with HIV/AIDS. Patients are brought into care through the KNOW & LIVE project. These clinics offer free CD4 monitoring and affordable treatment with a full range of easy to administer antiretroviral drugs.

We collaborate with pharmaceutical companies to provide safe, affordable generic antiretroviral drugs that are fixed-dose combinations commonly called “cocktails”. These “cocktails” are ideal for use in developing countries where people infected with HIV/AIDS may have little or no basic education to follow complex HIV treatment regimens.

Annual De-worming Program:
We provide de-worming medications annually to infected children in underdeveloped areas stricken by intestinal worms. Chronic intestinal worm infection during childhood has negative effects on growth, nutrition, school performance. In some cases, some will die from worm infestation each year.
